Understanding how to work with our natural rhythms, the medicine of nature, and the energy of the cosmos to live our best life is our birthright.

You will walk away with an understanding of how to work with the ebbs and flows of your natural rhythms; how to support your health naturally through diet, lifestyle, supplements, and herbs; and how to connect with the energy of the cosmos to live your best life. You’ll also have a community of conscious, aligned, like-minded women.

I will teach you:

• How to listen to and follow your own natural rhythms, both with the sun (annual) cycle and each lunar cycle;

• A cursory understanding of your natal chart so that you can set an intention and work with the elements of the lunar cycle and other important transits;

• How to support your well-being and health naturally through diet, lifestyle, supplements and herbs, even during times of physical and emotional stress;

• How to work with the energy of the cosmos and identify key dates/times to create, sell, rest, illuminate, teach, have fun, write, launch and publish by providing you with calendars and customized astrological “maps” for when to hit play, pause, stop or rewind;

• How to unite the gifts of the maiden, mother, and crone within, no matter what phase of life you are in. 

I will guide you to create your “secret sauce” and find your personal and professional groove. You’ll thrive among a community of conscious, aligned, like-minded women who, just like you, have stopped giving a fuck.

Structure:

• 13 lunar cycles (about 54 weeks)—it takes a full rotation of New Moons to calibrate and maximize the energy of our personal rhythms

• Four (4) 1:1 calls (all calls can be recorded for future growth and learning opportunity):

  • One (1) 2-hour 1:1 vitality and soul path reading upon signing up, including a customized “map” for the next 3 lunar cycles 

  • One (1) 1-hour 1:1 check-in call per next 3 lunar cycles (quarterly)

• Two (2) group calls per lunar cycle (usually bi-weekly) where everyone supports and is supported

  • Including 1 quarterly guest speaker based on what the participants need the most

• Access to my moon-thly masterclasses, separate from the group calls

• Calendars for each lunar cycle with specific dates and times to go, proceed with caution, or wait (can be digital or printed)
