The June (Summer) Solstice (June 21, 2023)

Woooo hooo, beauty!! Talk about phenomenal Solstice energy, I just had to come in and make you all a quickie video in honor of the June (Summer) Solstice on June 21, 2023, at 7:57a MST/10:57a EDT. It doesn’t matter if you reside on the northern or southern half of our beautiful planet… no one is immune to this incredible energy.

Cancer, like Aries, Libra, and Capricorn, is a cardinal sign. Its energy is initiatory, fertile, and assertive. Cardinal signs want us to start things, or at the very least, plant a seed which can grow into something marvelous and beautiful. They invite us to initiate. They serve as an invitation to an initiation of sorts.

Zero degrees of any cardinal sign, meaning zero degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn, is considered a “world point” on the astrological wheel. That means that the focus tends to be away from self and more on what is happening in the world, so you may be feeling this, too.

Ceres = the goddess of food, fertility, and conception (moves into Libra at 4:22a MST on June 21)

Juno = the goddess of marriage, mothering, and intimate partnerships (moves into Cancer at 4:40a MST on June 22)

Vesta = the goddess of home, health, the hearth, and the harvest; a priestess who can initiate us into the higher realms (moves into Gemini at 12:31p MST on June 22)
