Dreams Only Come True When We Believe in Them (The Astrology for Neptune in Pisces PART 2)

Ah, loves, how did you fare when Jupiter conjuncted Neptune on April 12? As you can see, I did not turn into pixie dust. No big awakenings or emotional tsunamis, thank goodness, simply a day where I got to do what I love. I did witness some turmoil and come-to-Jesus moments for a few beloved souls, while others gently held space for them. What a blessing to watch love in action.

Something that I mentioned in my first blog on Neptune in Pisces was that the delusion/illusion of separation was dissolving, especially among those who are awakening to the consciousness of the New Earth and divine love. Those who beat the drums of war, whatever that war may be, still live in and create for others the nightmare of separation and polarity between humans.

We learn this separation and division from a very young age. It’s a part of our DNA. Something I remember vividly from my childhood is when my family would take long road trips up to Oregon in our 1980 Oldsmobile cutlass cruiser woody wagon. After a few hours in the car together, my sister and I would angrily create a line of demarcation between “her side” and “my side” in the back seat. (What made us “angry”, I have no idea!) If one of us crossed the line, or one of our books or belongings crossed the line, woe to them! We would argue until Mom or Dad intervened with a look or a harsh word. I’m sure taking these trips to visit my grandma was a nightmare for my parents!

Of course, that sounds so silly now. Yet most humans remain possessive of their borders and insist upon separation of both belongings and space. We have all sorts of pronouns for this. I, my, mine, you, your, yours, he, she, his, her, its, hers, they, and theirs are the great separators of both languages and hearts. This is how wars are forged but never won.

Can you imagine a world without borders, where we all recognized how connected we are through our spirit and through the Divine?

This is exactly the message of Neptune as he transits through Pisces. Neptune is the lord of the oceans… and the ocean is the embodiment of ONE consciousness. The ocean has no borders. It’s all one body of water. We may have different names for different locations of the waters, like the Pacific Ocean, and the Bering Sea, but there is no border between these waters. They are all ONE.

Over the next several weeks, as we experience the last of the Neptune in Pisces conjunctions until December 2022, pay attention to the separations you create in your own life, and how much more grace you receive from the Divine when you let go of the separation and thus surrender to the connection – the connection with the Divine, and your connection to others.

Also important are the conjunctions with benevolent Jupiter, who can magnify the grace of the Divine. I’ll talk about those below as well.

Venus conjunct Neptune in Pisces

(April 27 @ 12:11pm PDT, 24°28’ Pisces)

Where have you been asking for grace in your life? This transit is a beautiful, dreamy infusion of grace for your psyche and your connection to the Divine, the cosmos, God… No matter what you have been dreaming of, it will get a burst of life and energy today. You may receive an intuitive sense about what your first step to take is so you can manifest your dreams, or you may simply feel more at peace inside.

On the shadow side, this transit also has the potential for us to become lost in our dreams, in the fantasies of our heart, or in our minds… we can get lost and drown in those fantasies for hours, days, weeks, without actually taking any steps towards them. Better to drown out those who put down your dreams by taking a bath or sitting near some natural waters!

We can most easily bring in the abundance we dream of when we offer our gifts to the world. Take some time today to reconnect with your dreams of a better world and how you can be of service in that world. Give yourself a moment of grace today, release your fears, release your scarcity, and feel the deep love of the cosmos and its beautiful energy, so that you can take a step towards your dreams tomorrow.

If I could sum up this transit in one sentence, it would be, “Make love, not war.” It’s up to you (and the Universe) how you experience that love.

Venus conjunct Jupiter in Pisces

(April 30 @ 2:13pm PDT, 27°57’ Pisces)

This luscious, delicious, incredible transit comes less than an hour after the partial solar eclipse and New Moon in Taurus. Venus is in her exaltation in Pisces, meaning she is at her absolute best, and Jupiter is the traditional ruler of Pisces, so he is strong, like an anchor of love in the oceans of a somewhat confusing world.

In astrology, Venus and Jupiter are considered the “Benefics,” bringing love, abundance, and ease wherever they go. When they come together in the same sign approximately every 12-16 months, they can bring downright magic!

(You may want to take note in your digital calendars now for their conjunction in Taurus on May 23, 2024… with a sextile to Neptune, and the Sagittarius Full Moon a few hours afterwards, it’s bound to be bounteously bountiful! 😝)

Most of us know cognitively that the more generous we are with ourselves, the more generous the Universe can be with us. Except… How often do you compromise your own dreams, your own possibilities of manifestation and abundance, because you feel guilty or selfish or critical of yourself for not emptying your cup completely on behalf of others before giving to yourself?

Deep inside, you know that you cannot give your interest to others when you’ve given away all your principal.

This transit is yet another infusion of grace and expansion on your dreams. Take note of the intuitions that come your way today, especially those that ask you to be generous with your dreams and your love. While there is some potential for an infusion of cash anytime Venus and Jupiter come together (which is seldom a bad thing) the rush will likely come in the form of a sign or divine gift from the Universe. In the meantime, be generous with yourself, and be generous with your self-love, so that you can give with a full cup instead of an empty one.

Mars conjunct Neptune in Pisces

(May 17 @ 11:33pm PDT, 24°59’ Pisces)

This is a tricky one. We’ll feel it in the four or five days prior to the transit, as we often do with Mars transits. On the shadow side, I could see fraternity brothers and grown men challenging each other to drink way too much alcohol, to the point of confusion and bodily harm. 🥴😵‍💫🤕 On the higher vibe side, it’s auspicious energy to take big and bold steps towards your dreams -- to take a risk on behalf of the Divine, to be a warrior for the Divine by showing up as your best self.

Mars is physically gentler in Pisces than he will be in Aries – it’s his soul that is strong in Pisces. This is not to say he doesn’t know what to do with his body. In fact, this transit may manifest for you as mindbending, ecstatic physical encounters that momentarily take you off planet. Just saying. 😘

You may also have really intense dreams while you’re sleeping, or instances of clairvoyance or other types of “clairs”, like claircognizance or clairsentience. Overall, I like this transit a lot if we can tap into its magic, because it has the potential to make us get off our butts and do stuff, take action towards our dreams in ways we may have been too afraid to before, AND enjoy some yummy rapturous connection with our soulmate. You have nothing to lose when the Divine has your back!

After this transit, Mars takes off through Pisces, like someone running down the homestretch to get home to his home sign of Aries, where he arrives on May 24.

Mars conjunct Jupiter in Aries

(May 29 @ 3:30am PDT, 3°19’ Aries)

OK, so this doesn’t have to do with Neptune and it’s not even in Pisces, but to me this transit is an important game changer in the energy we’re going to be feeling for the 6 weeks while Mars is in Aries. Mars moved into his home sign of Aries on May 24, and man, we are feeling daring, determined, and headstrong, even though retrograde Mercury may be slowing us down a bit. Mars in Aries brings a rash spontaneity – and in our less glorious moments, a don’t-fuck-with-me-thank-you-very-much-or-I’ll-punch-you-in-the-face-and-not-regret-it-later energy.

Depending on where this transit lands in your natal chart (ping me if you aren’t sure) this Mars-Jupiter conjunction brings an overdoing energy. Like, way overdoing. Working out too hard, spending too much, not knowing when to stop in general. And of course, with Mars in raw-thentic Aries, sometimes he won’t stop just to spite you, even though he knows it’s probably the “wise” thing to do. It’s like my teenage son goading his older sisters – or me, for that matter – just because he can. Like many a teenager, he generally goes too far, not out of malice, just because he can. And admittedly, who doesn’t enjoy rocking the boat on occasion?

With Mercury still retrograde at this time, I suspect a lot of people will be having regrets about whatever has taken place today or in the few days prior to the transit. Mind your wallet, mind your body. Find your edge and stay there. It’s a lot harder to go back once you’ve jumped off the cliff without a rope.

On the other hand, if there’s something you’ve been wanting to do or try but have been lacking just the right amount of courage to get it done or to do it, this is a beautiful transit to allow yourself that surge of courage and even spontaneity.

Jupiter will always reward the brave, so long as your heart is in the right place.
