Astrology, Health, and Healing through Grief (part 3 of 3): The Integration
Sometimes failure is the seed 🌱 to clarity and enlightenment.
Have you ever made something way more complicated than it needed to be? Either by making an assumption about something or someone, or “overthinking” the situation? And then everything got really messy?
Yeah, me too. 😅
In my previous blog, I shared that in June 2023, in the midst of a powerful crisis and awakening thanks to my father’s passing, I channeled a new paradigm called The Metaphysical Rose that linked astrology, health, the Gene Keys, and healing. I was super excited to share this new way of thinking with people because I could FEEL its power and how it was a total gamechanger from the ways our culture usually separates astrology and health.
Except… it was a total bust.
Even after hiring a designer to turn my rough sketch into a sexy graphic, I couldn’t translate The Metaphysical Rose into something usable. I would struggle to describe verbally how to apply it. People would say, “wow, that’s neat”, or “you should write a book about it,” but I couldn’t help people with it.
Yet.
So, as painful as it was, I shelved it. I put the graphic on my vision board and prayed an intention that if it was meant to be, God would show me the way. 🙏🏼
(I know some of you might not like the word “God”. If that’s you, please substitute whatever word you use to describe the omnipotent source of love that watches over us all!)
The Integration
Why couldn’t I articulate what I was feeling? In hindsight, I was making it too complicated – trying to understand and see with my intellectual mind, rather than what my heart and the Divine wanted to show me.
I was learning how to live “in alignment.” I know that the word “alignment” can be a trigger for some. To me, alignment means living in sync with my values, my divine plan, God, and nature’s wisdom. It means trusting instead of chasing or forcing, knowing when to say yes without hesitation and how to say no without guilt.
I had a lot to learn!
Over the last six months, leaning into alignment and no longer trying to strong-arm the Divine with my brain and will, the Metaphysical Rose stopped being abstract art on my wall and evolved into Via Rosa 🌹 — a path people could actually walk and embody.
Introducing Via Rosa 🌹:
An entirely new way to read and embody our astrological birth chart that makes it practical and accessible, no matter if you’re an astrology pro or barely know your sun sign.
Integrating heaven and earth into daily life to nourish our physical body and biology and the divine light within us.
