The alarming statistics surrounding nurse and physician burnout are staggering and reveal the financial and human costs and consequences for individuals and healthcare systems alike. However, the alternatives and potential solutions are so exciting!

Boundaries don’t exist in a vacuum. We must have values to create boundaries — values such as love, gratitude, sovereignty, trust, compassion, service, etc. Values are personal, and they can shift as we mature and experience life. Pluto in Aquarius will force us to get crystal clear on our values and how we create goals around them. Why? Because the low frequency, shadow sides of our society will use digital manipulation in an attempt to usurp our personal and collective power. (technology = Aquarius; manipulation and power = Pluto)

2023 prepared us personally for what we will experience as a collective in 2024 and eventually into 2025. A lot of us took it on the chin in multiple areas of life. 🥊 The “dark night of the soul” felt like the dark year, or at least several months!

Because of that, however, we are stronger and more flexible, no longer an apprentice to the “new normal.” We have greater capacity to love, but we’re more discerning about who and what we allow in and how we react to the world around us.

This newly gleaned wisdom will serve us well in the coming months, because there are a lot of dark sides to the astrology for 2024 and early 2025: Big, unpredictable events, not to mention a US election week that has me wanting to go off grid to the middle of nowhere with my favorite people and never come back. 🏝️

Are you starting to feel all the feels before Wednesday/Thursday’s Full Moon in Pisces? The energy right now is all about balance, and this Full Moon will illuminate where we might be out of balance, especially with our inner feminine/masculine, yin/yang, giving/receiving, and doing/being.

At risk of offending people (because it’s Scorpio season!), here is the latest offering on the Scorpio (eclipse) Lunar Cycle that began with the New Moon/Partial Solar Eclipse on October 25, 2022. Scorpio loves intensity, and this lunar cycle is no different, as we are asked to navigate out of codependency, through the depths of our most personal fears, and into sovereignty.

This Full Moon in Pisces on September 10, 2022, at 2:59am PDT/5:59am EDT, takes us right into the very heart of who we are. We can either run away from what’s illuminated, or we can shine the light of grace upon it.

Of course, this is easier said than done! Many of us carry not only our own burdens but those of our lineage as well. It can take us a lifetime (or three) to release these burdens, which may come in the form of limiting beliefs, feeling unworthy or unlovable, physical challenges, or more.

For all the blessings of the modern world, the road to “equality” between genders over the last few centuries has led to one significant destination: separating women from the Moon and consequently, our wombs. 🌝

Most women have lost the connection that once bound us tightly to the ebbs and flows of the Moon. We’ve forgotten how easy it is to manifest and attract with the Moon. Those of us who have reclaimed this connection have done it against the grain.

The conventional status quo rarely allows for flow.
