The alarming statistics surrounding nurse and physician burnout are staggering and reveal the financial and human costs and consequences for individuals and healthcare systems alike. However, the alternatives and potential solutions are so exciting!

At risk of offending people (because it’s Scorpio season!), here is the latest offering on the Scorpio (eclipse) Lunar Cycle that began with the New Moon/Partial Solar Eclipse on October 25, 2022. Scorpio loves intensity, and this lunar cycle is no different, as we are asked to navigate out of codependency, through the depths of our most personal fears, and into sovereignty.

As I mentioned in my newsletter yesterday, the next several weeks usher in a volatile period of cosmic intensity. (As if we needed any more intensity, but apparently the cosmos has faith that we can handle it. 🤣)

Fortunately, this intensity begins with a gorgeous Venus Star point in Libra, which occurs on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 2:17p MST/5:17p EDT at 2926’ of Libra. It’s the first time Venus and the Sun have come together in Libra, which Venus rules with Juno, the goddess of marriage and intimate partnership, since 1879.
